He joined Greenpeace Australia as a member of the General Assembly in 2025 and has recently joined the Nature Positive Forum to promote biodiversity leadership.

Jennifer is an American by birth, a Kiwi by choice, and now lives in the French countryside, where she has bought a house with fifteen friends who live in community and try to keep the dogs from terrifying the cats.

As an academic, her work involves supervising doctoral students, teaching coaching supervisors and academic writing. As a practitioner, she supports coaches through individual and group supervision.

Across more than 80 research articles, book chapters and books—including Developmental Coaching: Working with the Self and as editor of The SAGE Handbook of Coaching—and through her many speaking engagements, she explores some of the most challenging issues of coaching as a service to individuals, organizations and wider societies.

An OD practitioner with a background in Gestalt, Ty has spent 30 years developing the practice of systemic constellations in organizations, integrating this with systemic team coaching and doctoral research into the phenomenology of “breakthrough.”

His work is animated by a central question: what becomes possible when organizations are witnessed rather than fixed? This shapes everything from his coaching practice to his documentary filmmaking—an unscripted approach to holding a sympathetic mirror to leaders, teams and systems, inviting people into authenticity rather than performance.

Ty has a particular interest in organizational trauma and its intersection with systemic practice. He is the author of Mapping the Invisible – Exploring Constellations-Informed Coaching & Consulting (2026) and lead author of A Framework for Working with Organizational Trauma (2022).

For over 25 years, Rebecca has coached leaders and senior teams worldwide from organizations such as American Express, AstraZeneca, Bain & Company, EY, Google, Linklaters, Microsoft, Nike, the World Bank and various UN agencies.

She is a Master Practitioner Coach and Mentor with EMCC and an Association for Coaching Fellow.

Rebecca is a LinkedIn Learning Instructor on co-leadership, a contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and the author of Authentic Gravitas: Who Stands Out and Why.

In 2023, Routledge published Thimon’s first book, Future Human Behavior – Understanding What People Are Going To Do Next. The book brings together fifteen years of research, case studies and insights inspired by working with leading organizations around the world.

Thimon also lectures at the Social Psychology Department of Utrecht University, where he teaches master’s students how academic research can be practically applied to improve business strategy.

He holds a master’s degree in Cultural Studies with a minor in International Business Studies. Prior to founding WHETSTON, he was Insights & Strategy Director at TrendsActive, researcher at FreedomLab Future Studies and Editor-in-Chief of RELOAD Magazine.
